By using the website https//:delispreciousmetals.com and other services provided by DE LIS INC, including placing sales orders from delispreciousmetals.com, you are agreeing to the following terms, available on this page. These terms apply to all orders, all purchases, whether made through the website, by telephone or otherwise.
Credit Card Orders (Click to see in a new tab)
We may accept, but are not obligated to accept, credit card payments for orders. Although, we will accept and confirm the sales order and lock in prices we reserve the right to cancel the order if the credit card payment is deemed suspicious. There is inherent risk in accepting credit card orders, and as a result we review them on an order-by-order basis. We will only ship to the billing address associated with your credit card. This is for your protection and exceptions will not be made to this policy. Please make sure that your ship to address matches your billing address before you place your order. If you wish to place an order and ship to a different address, simply select a different payment method at checkout. Delispreciousmetals has the right to refuse any credit card payment it deems suspicious, questionable or of significant risk. Delispreciousmetals has the right to cancel the accepted/approved order as this is processed automatically. We reserve the right to review accepted/approved orders and cancel it after additional review results in identifying an inherent risk.
Buying from Delispreciousmetals (DE LIS INC)
Minimum and/or Maximum Sales Orders
There is no minimum sales order for domestic orders, regardless of payment method. There is $100,000 maximum sales order. However, Delispreciousmetals reserves the right to request a 10% deposit on sales orders deemed “significant” by Delispreciousmetals in its sole discretion. Although, we will accept and confirm the sales order and lock in prices we reserve the right to cancel the order if credit card payment it deems suspicious. Please contact our customer service department to determine if a deposit will apply to your order.
Changing Sales Orders
Sales orders cannot be changed; therefore we suggest you take the time before you submit your sales order to make sure that what you are requesting from Delispreciousmetals is exactly what you want on your sales order. Your sales order price is considered settled in for the following time frames based on your payment method:
– 1 calendar day for Bank Wire, Credit/Debit Card & PayPal orders
– 5 calendar days for eCheck (ACH) orders
– 12 calendar days for Check/Money Order orders
You can change sales orders up to the moment when your funds become considered as “deposited/accepted” by the corresponding financial institution such as the Bank or the Credit Card company.
These are also the time frames in which you must submit your payment to Delispreciousmetals. You must ensure that your payment is dated within 24 hours of the time of your confirmed sale and received by Delispreciousmetals within the time frame listed above to realize your locked in sale price. If you do not adhere to these conditions, you are considered in default and Delispreciousmetals reserves the right to: accept your payment, refuse payment and cancel your sales order, close your account, or prohibit you from placing any future sales or purchases with DE LIS INC.
If you default and your payment is not received in the time frame allotted, you will be liable for any market loss incurred per our Market Loss Policy.
Sales Order Price Confirmations
When buying online from us, the price at which your sales order is submitted is the locked-in price. There are no added commissions or fees. The only additional charge Delispreciousmetals adds is for shipping, handling, and insurance for orders under $199. You will receive a confirmation number for your order via email shortly after your order has been placed. Your sales order price is considered locked in unless you fail to remit payment to us in a timely manner.
Cancellation of Sales Orders
Once we have issued a sales order confirmation, all prices are locked in and there is a binding contract between us for your transaction and, as a result, any market risk for breach is transferred to you at the time the sales order is confirmed. You have no right to cancel your sales order(s). If you default in your performance of payment, shipment or any other act required in the time frames provided above, we may cancel your sales order(s). For compliance, security and anti-money laundering purposes, orders paid by an unrecognized third party are subject to cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction where we cannot verify the source of funds and/or the payment is received from a third party. We reserve the right to cancel any sales order at any time and for any reason.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your experience at Delispreciousmetals.com. If you have received products from us that you are not satisfied with, we may, but are not obligated to, provide you with an opportunity to exchange a product for an identical product in the event of damage or defect. If you wish to pursue an exchange, you must contact us within 4 calendar days of the receipt of your shipment. Exchanges of this type must be approved by our customer service department before any action is taken. Shipping charges are considered nonrefundable. Delispreciousmetals reserves the right to accept or reject exchange requests at our discretion.
Sales Order Payment Conditions
Payment instructions will be issued online on the final page of your order and again by email after you have placed your order. Payment must be dated within 24 hours of your order date. If you default and do not meet these conditions, Delispreciousmetals reserves the right to cancel your sales order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including if it is deemed questionable or of significant risk to Delispreciousmetals. In such case, you waive any right to any claim or actual damages of any kind or nature whatsoever.
Payment Methods
Depending on the order amount, you may pay for your order using some or all of the following payment methods: certified check, cashier’s check, personal check, business check, wire transfer, and money order. Credit card orders are not accepted for our own protection. Bank Wire and Check/Money Order payment methods may require a credit card on file to lock in pricing. Your card will only be charged in the event of non-payment subject to our MarketLoss Policy.
Cash Discounted Payment Methods
The prices for 1 or 500+ coins are the same. We do not vary prices dependent on the quantity of your purchase.
Cleared Funds
Orders will only ship when Delispreciousmetals is in possession of cleared funds for your order. Each payment method has a different time frame in which they are considered cleared. Certified check, cashier’s check, and personal check payments are held until the funds are considered cleared. Credit card, PayPal and bank wire payments are considered cleared the same business day we receive the payment.
Credit Card Orders

Online Bill Pay
Many banks offer a service called Bill Pay. These payments will be treated as personal checks and will be are held until the funds are considered cleared.
Bounced Payments
In the event that your payment by check/money order or echeck does not process successfully, Delispreciousmetals reserves the right to charge a bounced payment fee. The bounced payment could be due to NSF (non-sufficient funds), an error with your bank, inability for your account to process an echeck payment, or typographical errors on your part when entering your routing and account information on echecks. Delispreciousmetals reserves the right to charge a bounced payment fee of $10 for echeck payments and $25 for check/money order payments that do not go through.
Domestic Shipping, Handling and Insurance Charges .There will be a charge of $10.00 for shipping, handling and insurance for orders under $199. Shipping, handling and insurance will be free for all orders of $199 or more.
Insurance
All Delispreciousmetals shipments will be fully insured for the sale value of the enclosed product purchased from Delispreciousmetals, subject to the following limitations. Your package is fully insured until it is signed for at its destination. If your package is lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately so that we may begin the claims process. Neither we, nor our insurance company, accepts responsibility if you have left instructions with any carrier or delivery service to leave packages for you without the need of your signature or if you instruct the carrier to leave the package with someone else, such as a neighbor or drop-off location. If your shipment is not recovered and follows the above criteria, your shipment is fully insured and you will receive a full reimbursement of the loss according to the specific shipper’s insurance policy. You agree to fully cooperate with us in any investigation or claim process and to take every reasonable action requested of you in the process. Failure to cooperate could jeopardize coverage that may be provided to you.
Back Order
Under certain market conditions, supply and demand problems can occur in the precious metals business. Should this happen, we reserve the right to delay delivery of your order up to 28 calendar days from your expected shipping date. Your price will remain locked in for this time period, regardless of market conditions, provided you did not default in any part of your completed transaction. If, in the unlikely event that the order cannot be filled within the 28-day calendar period, you will be issued a full refund provided you did not default in any part of the completed transaction during that time.
Market Loss Policy
When you buy from Delispreciousmetals you have a binding contract with us. Your transaction price is locked in and any market risk is transferred to you. If you default in your ability to present payment in the time frames allotted, we reserve the right to cancel your sales order. If your sales order is cancelled, you agree that you maintain full responsibility and liability to Delispreciousmetals for any market loss incurred by Delispreciousmetals, in addition to a cancellation fee of $25. You also agree that you have full responsibility and liability for any and all fees and costs associated with Delispreciousmetals efforts in collecting from you. Any and all market gains on sales orders shall remain the property of Delispreciousmetals. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any sales order at any time for any reason. Any and all future orders will be held until all outstanding market loss and cancellation fee balances are paid in full.
Orders are Binding Agreements
By placing an order with Delispreciousmetals, you are entering into a binding agreement. You agree to lock in the prices and quantities listed above. Failure to pay for an order with Delispreciousmetals may result in liability under our Market Loss Policy. If you are paying by paper check, payment must be mailed within three to five (3-5) business day and received by Delispreciousmetals within seven to fourteen (7-14) business days. Bank wire payments must be sent and received within two (2) business days. We recommend sending checks via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS to ensure timely delivery. In the event that a payment is not sent and received within these timeframes, Delispreciousmetals reserves the right to cancel your order and hold you responsible for any market loss incurred. Any market gain realized on an unpaid and/or cancelled order shall remain the property of Delispreciousmetals.
Price Errors, Site Outages
It is always our goal to provide up to date and accurate pricing to you. However, in the event of a pricing or typographical error (e.g. products priced below melt value or at a fraction of their fair market value), data feed outage or site failure, Delispreciousmetals reserves the right to cancel affected orders. While Delispreciousmetals strives to maintain 100% price accuracy, the company shall not be liable for price errors that are obviously incorrect. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Communications with You
The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. In addition, it may be used to send occasional company news, updates, related products, new releases, etc. By placing an order with Delispreciousmetals, you consent to the addition of your email address to our contact list. We will not share or disclose your email to any person or to outside of Delispreciousmetals organization. In other words, we will use your email only to communicate with you as needed.
Security
Delispreciousmetals believes the security of your information is of the highest priority. Our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption provides protection against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information.
