Delis.inc is an S-Type Corporation registered in Arkansas. We have been selling silver on our www.spring9.com website and recently on eBay for the last seven years. This new website delispreciousmetals.com is built on the WordPress platform that is up to the standards of modern web technology.
Between 2013 and today we have amassed over 250 various silver and gold types of items (in quantity). We will sell selected items at a competitive price on this website. We still sell on eBay and have a store Delis Silver | eBay Stores
To grow the business, we have built this website on a rock-solid foundation affording us immunity to the rules and regulations of others. You will be treated with the same curtesy including one day processing and top-notch service.
Revisit us often as we increase our inventory of gold and silver items daily. We have some hard-to-find items, that others would dream to offer.
How do we use your private information
We will never share any part of the information that you provided with any external entity. Internally we continue building a database of email addresses to distribute any offers or important notifications to our customers. In short, we will do nothing with your data – it is safe and protected from any external interference.
What "Out of Stock" means
If the item is “out of stock” and since we do not buy and re-sale used items, we would remove such item from the listing. In some cases, we have the ability to purchase more of the same items from the Mint, or the artist is gilding/preparing the item. The item will be available again in Before Use state – please check periodically. Sometimes we just have to simply – pause. If the item is shown – it will be available for sale again. However, if you must obtain it “now” please contact us to negotiate the sale price.
What are the IRS-reportable items?
The following are guidelines provided by ICTA related to Precious Metal sales, and these guidelines, as well as the IRS rules, are subject to change at any time without notice.

Are all of your items in Before Use state?
Yes – although we are a small distributor, we put to shame all industry giants who “buyback” coins and then sell these used goods back to you.
We do not do this. You will always be the “first owner” of any item that you have purchased from us.
Why do you list small quantities of individual items?
For custom made presentation cases we build these internally or contract selected artists to produce limited number of items. Even when the item is identical (example – gilded Aztec Calendar silver 1 oz coin) each coin is produced individually. There are never two of the same outcomes as each coin has its own characteristics and texture. We list these coins separately. You buy what you see being advertised.
For the bullion coin we list limited quantities available because we do not replenish back-dated items. All items have been purchased in before use state and have been in our possession since the date of the purchase. When we have a direct access to the Mint to obtain coins, we can sell these in larger quantities. When selling older items, we want to maintain availability of these for a prolonged period of time and in result we list only a few at a time.
What is your website intent and the approach?
Our customers should be able to purchase most recommended silver bullion and bars. In addition, we offer “hard-to-find” items that the leading dealers have sold out or offer re-purchased (used) items. We have some of these items in Before Use state. We want to offer to our customers some artistic sets of coins placed in a custom setting weather in slabs or the presentation cases. These items have “themes”. What is good to own a beautiful set of coins if these are locked in safes or packed in Mint boxes. Display these in a glass top presentation cases or place slabs on the stand next to your computer screen to enjoy it day after day.
Finally, we offer custom leather rings and capsules that create stunning presentation of coins.
Can the customer negotiate?
Recuring customers may request to have a “Personal Page”. A private customer is assigned a web page on our support website www.spring9.com . There the negotiations and special offers are available.
To become a Private Customer, we need to develop business relations in a form of recurring purchases. We resave the right to select the customers that fit the profile that we find acceptable. This may sound trivial today, however, if gold and silver become “unobtanium” it will become less trivial very fast.
Why so many Items are - "OUT OF STOCK"
You may notice that sites like APMEX, JM Bullion, SD Bullion, and others show items that are out of stock. We use the OUT OF STOCK notification to disable the option of purchasing specific items. We currently have these (out of stock) items in our inventory. However, we want to withhold these items from being purchased now.
Please check our website regularly for item availability. This will be especially recommended during any “silver squeeze event” or when silver is unavailable or in short supply. In many cases, for handmade items, we may be in the process of building an intricate display cabinet or coin arrangement. As soon as the item is completed, we normally bring it back for sale.
