Are all of your items in Before Use state?
Yes – although we are a small distributor, we put to shame all industry giants who “buyback” coins and then sell these used goods back to you.
We do not do this. You will always be the “first owner” of any item that you have purchased from us.
Why do you list small quantities of individual items?
For custom made presentation cases we build these internally or contract selected artists to produce limited number of items. Even when the item is identical (example – gilded Aztec Calendar silver 1 oz coin) each coin is produced individually. There are never two of the same outcomes as each coin has its own characteristics and texture. We list these coins separately. You buy what you see being advertised.
For bullion coin we list limited quantities because we do not have automated price adjustment system in place to change the prices as the spot price fluctuates. In the event of sudden price increase we limit unrealized gains by displaying low quantities of items. You although will always win as we will honor the listed prices. When we have a direct access to the Mint to obtain quantity of coins, we list these in larger quantities. When selling older items, we want to maintain availability of these items to last for a prolonged period of time. In result we list only a few at a time.
Our customers can buy popular silver bullion and bars at the lowest prices. We also sell hard-to-find items that other dealers are out of stock on or that are used. We provide artistic sets of coins in custom displays, whether in protective cases or presentation boxes. These sets have special themes. Why keep a beautiful set of coins locked away in safes or difficult to unpack boxes? You can show them off in glass-top display cases or place them next to your computer to enjoy every day. Additionally, we offer custom leather rings and capsules for a stunning presentation of your coins.
Can the customer negotiate?
Recuring customers may request to have a “Personal Page”. A private customer is assigned a web page on our support website www.spring9.com . There the negotiations and special offers are available.
To become a Private Customer, we need to develop business relations in a form of recurring purchases. We resave the right to select the customers that fit the profile that we find acceptable.
What "Protected" means for an individual item?
A “protected” item needs a password for a few reasons. First, it might be valuable, or we want to control its sale closely. Second, the item is stored securely and has a specific way to access it. We do this for safety since we don’t keep stock at our business location. You can reach out to us to ask about the protected item, and we will give you the password if you want to buy it.
