Tube of 20 American Silver Eagles 2021 Type-1 in Before Use (BU) quality. The Design (1986 to 2021) – Beginning in 2021 Type II was introduced where the reverse side of the coin was changed. The obverse (front) of the coin was taken from the “Walking Liberty”, originally designed by Adolph A. Weinman, in 1916. The iconic design had already been a public favorite and one of the most beloved of any United States coinage of modern times which made it an instant favorite among collectors and enthusiasts once released. The reverse side depicts the same design carried from the beginning of the issue in 1986 till 2021.
Because it is the last of the “Classic” American Silver Eagle, the value of this coin has only one direction and is to increase in value in the future years.
