Shipping and Insurance:
DELIS offers free shipping to our customers when you spend over $199†. We have no minimum order requirement; however, orders under $199 will be charged a shipping fee of $10.00.
How do I track my order?
Orders shipped after business hours, or on weekends, are not received by the carrier until the following business day. Once received, it may take 1-2 business days for your tracking number to become active. We will provide you with a Tracking Number via email.
How long will it take to get my package?
DELIS generally packages and ships your order the following way (applies to domestic orders only):
Credit Card, PayPal- Ship within 3 business days following the date of confirmed payment.
All Personal Check and eCheck (ACH) Orders – Order is held 4-6 business days after payment is processed before shipping. Additional holding days may be added if your bank delays confirmation of your check payment. Bank/certified/cashier’s checks are now also held for verification of funds.
Are my packages insured while in transit?
Yes, your package is insured. For specific items we will ask for your signature to confirm delivery. This usually applies to Presentation Cases, and some highly valuable items.
How is my package wrapped?
All our packages are carefully and discretely wrapped, typically in brown or white corrugated boxes and do not to give any indication as to the contents inside.
How is my order shipped?
Your sales orders are shipped by us by common carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) unless otherwise expressly agreed upon by DELIS and you based on particular circumstances, such as shipment weight or transaction amounts. Mega Boxes are shipped FedEx (signature is required)
Can you ship my order to a post office box?
Yes, orders shipped registered and insured U.S. mail can be sent to a P.O. Box via USPS. If a different shipping method is used (like FedEx or UPS), you must specify a street address for shipment. A signature may be required upon delivery of your package.
What if my package appears to have been damaged or tampered with. What should I do?
We recommend you refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with as the shipping insurance ends once signed for and/or delivered. When refused, the package(s) will return to DELIS for inspection. If you have taken possession of a damaged or tampered package, please email DELIS shown on our “Contact” information. Failure to notify us of damage or tampering within 48 hours from signature or delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim.
My package appears to be lost. What should I do?
If tracking has not updated for your delivery in at least seven (7) days, we may start a loss claim investigation. We must be notified of a lost package within thirty (30) days from the shipment date of your order.
