Why should I trust doing business with you?

Delis.inc is an S-Type Corporation registered in Arkansas. For the past seven years, we’ve been selling silver through our website www.spring9.com and more recently on eBay. Our new site, delispreciousmetals.com, is built on the WordPress platform to meet modern web standards. Since 2013, we’ve gathered over 250 different types of silver and gold items, and we’re offering select pieces at competitive prices here. We continue to sell on eBay through our Delis Silver store. To grow our business, we’ve created a strong, independent online presence, giving us freedom from others’ rules and regulations. You can expect the same courtesy, including one-day processing and top-notch service. Check back often as we add to our inventory daily, including rare finds often only available on platforms like eBay.

How do we use your private information

We will never share any part of the information that you provided with any external entity. Internally we continue building a database of email addresses to distribute any offers or important notifications to our customers. In short, we will do nothing with your data – it is safe and protected from any external interference.
We are required to have a dedicated page “Privacy Policy” that you can find under “Contact” tab. It is a generic and basic policy. The only interesting part of it is that we inform you that if you go to visit external to our websites, you are subjecting yourself to their “Privacy Policy”. This is applicable to our page “Meet Our Partners” where we provide links to our partner’s websites.

What "Out of Stock" means

The “out of stock” item is temporarily removed from sales. In some cases, we have the ability to purchase more of the same items from the Mint, or the artist is gilding/preparing the item. The item will be available again in Before Use state – please check periodically. Sometimes we just have to simply – pause. If the item is shown on a webpage– it will be available for sale again. However, if you must obtain it “now” please contact us to negotiate the sale price.

Why do you list small quantities of individual items?

For custom made presentation cases we build these internally or contract selected artists to produce limited number of items. Even when the item is identical (example – gilded Aztec Calendar silver 1 oz coin) each coin is produced individually. There are never two of the same outcomes as each coin has its own characteristics and texture. We list these coins separately. You buy what you see being advertised.

What is your website intent and the approach?

We offer our customers a selection of highly recommended silver bullion, though silver bars are not available at this time. In addition, we feature unique, hard-to-find items, including artistic coin sets displayed in custom settings, whether in slabs or presentation cases. For showcasing coins, we prefer glass-top presentation cases and use slabs with custom backgrounds designed to complement specific coins. We also provide custom leather rings and Germania Mint “lensed” capsules that create a stunning presentation for coins.

What are the IRS-reportable items?

The following are guidelines provided by ICTA related to Precious Metal sales, and these guidelines, as well as the IRS rules, are subject to change at any time without notice.

info section

Are all of your items in Before Use state?

Yes – while we may be a small distributor, we outshine the industry giants who “buy back” coins only to resell these used items to you. We don’t operate that way. With us, you’ll always be the “first owner” of any item you purchase.

Why do you accept only check and direct bank deposits as payments while excluding PayPal and other alternative payment methods?

Most of the Delis.inc team has years of experience selling on eBay, giving us a solid understanding of various predatory tactics. While we don’t have the technology to screen every buyer, recurring customers can request a “Personal Page.” This means a private customer gets their own page on our support site, www.spring9.com, and established customers can use all available payment options. To become a Private Customer, we look to build business relationships through repeat purchases, and we reserve the right to choose customers who meet our preferred profile.

What "Protected" means for an individual item?

“Protected” item requires a password that we assign to the item for a few reasons. One is that the item is either expensive, or we want to control the sale tightly. Second, the item is stored away and requires a set procedure to get to it. This is done for security purposes as we do not keep inventory at the business address or at the office. You can contact us to inquire about the protected item. We will disclose the password to you as needed and you can purchase the item.
